We purchased this home out of foreclosure.
It was in a terrible state. Walls were rotten and the roof leaked so bad there were tarps on it. The trees had grown over so badly that you could barely see the house from the street. But the home underneath all that was crying out for the right crew to come along and restore it to its former glory.
The end result is a modern 3,000 square foot home that includes a basement suite, a modern kitchen, all new everything and an ocean view.
Along the way though there were pitfalls that were worthy of a reality show including plumbing disasters and more tree removal than most contractors do in a lifetime.
